• On busy peak times we may have to limit table sizes, we do this to ensure we are able to serve the freshest food with the best possible hospitality to all of our guests.
   

• We have private free parking for Ark customers only, we request that car registration numbers are entered into the terminal at the entrance of the restaurant on arrival.

• On the day of dining we can only hold tables for 20 minutes past the time you have booked. 
    

• Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your booking time due to limited waiting areas.

• Due to high demand there is a 2 hour time limit for a tables of 5 to 6 people and 1 hour 45 minutes for tables up-to 4 people.

• If possible, please use contactless payment to minimise handling cash.
